Teach2Learn Blazing Foxes Wrestling Club is a Teach2Learn sponsored wrestling program. Coached by Scott Baxter, the club gives children ages 7–13 a safe, welcoming place to grow through wrestling.
Our approach
We teach wrestling through movement-first, games-based learning. Short demonstrations, active practice, and purposeful games help children develop confidence and understand the sport.
Practices should be fun, structured, and challenging. We celebrate progress over perfection while teaching the fundamentals that help wrestlers improve.

“Grace, Grit, and Grappling.” captures our commitment to faith, perseverance, and wrestling. “No Fear. No Fold. 2 Timothy 1:7” reminds us to meet challenges with courage.
Together, we honor Christ, build character, and help young athletes grow on and off the mat.
This season’s working plan
2026–27 mini-season — working plan, updated October 14. Practices are proposed for November 30, 2026–January 12, 2027. The venue agreement, exact times, December 15 practice, and final fees remain pending; details may change.
One common team for ages 7–13, capped at 20 wrestlers. Practice is Mondays and Tuesdays, 4:15–5:15 p.m., at Elim Bible College Athletic Center, 1781 Bethel Dr, Lima, NY 14485. Rental is verbally confirmed; written terms are pending. December 15 remains unresolved.
The family registration cost is $100 to Teach2Learn plus a separately paid, nonrefundable $25 NYWAY Individual Membership ($125 subtotal). Optional apparel is extra.
No practice is planned for December 28–29 or January 4–5. The Albion Icebreaker date is confirmed for Sunday, January 17, 2027.
