About

Faith. Family. Wrestling.

Teach2Learn Blazing Foxes Wrestling Club is a Teach2Learn sponsored wrestling program. Coached by Scott Baxter, the club gives children ages 7–13 a safe, welcoming place to grow through wrestling.

Our approach

We teach wrestling through movement-first, games-based learning. Short demonstrations, active practice, and purposeful games help children develop confidence and understand the sport.

Practices should be fun, structured, and challenging. We celebrate progress over perfection while teaching the fundamentals that help wrestlers improve.

Our values

  • Faith: We honor Jesus Christ in our words and actions.
  • Courage: We try, learn, and face challenges with confidence.
  • Growth: We celebrate progress over perfection.
  • Grit: We keep working when a skill takes time.
  • Respect: We care for teammates, coaches, families, and opponents.
  • Honesty: We practice and compete with integrity.

Our shared responsibilities

  • Wrestlers: Give an honest effort, listen, respect teammates, and protect practice partners.
  • Parents: Encourage growth, model sportsmanship, and partner with coaches.
  • Coaches: Teach safely, keep activities developmentally appropriate, and lead with humility and Christian faith.

A team with purpose.

“Grace, Grit, and Grappling.” captures our commitment to faith, perseverance, and wrestling. “No Fear. No Fold. 2 Timothy 1:7” reminds us to meet challenges with courage.

Together, we honor Christ, build character, and help young athletes grow on and off the mat.
